  • Pozice odborného referenta zase byla spjata s přímým kontaktem s klienty, ať už na přepážce, kde bylo potřeba řešit konkrétní problémy klientů nebo při revizích, kde se problematika součinnosti řešila přímo v terénu. Nutná byla orientace ve spisech, geometrických plánech, v mapách i pozemkové knize.
